I HATE these kind of pictures.
“Us vegans are perfect you meat-eater are disgusting human being”
Diet shaming is just as bad as body shaming.
LOL Consuming carcasses should be shameful, but if you know what you are putting into your body and don’t mind it, then more power to ya! :)
So basically you think carnivorous animals should be ashamed of themselves? Human, which have mainly be omnivorous for thousands of year should be ashamed to consume something that gives them nutrients and energy? I know very well that meat isn’t the best nor only source of protein/iron/other nutrients people think comes only from meat. But you should know that not because somes eats vegan is healthier, and not because someone is a “meat-eater”, or rather omnivorous tortures animals.
I know perfectly well what I put into my body, and I make sure to eat local animal products, which often comes small farm rather than big factories, in order to limit my ecological mark, and the only “meat” according to the picture I eat has lived it’s whole life in a forest and has been killed by someone I personnaly know. Thank you. Yeah, I should def be ashamed of myself.
If you don’t want to eat animal products, fine, do what makes you feel best. But don’t hate on people who disagree. Sincerly.
Humans are not carnivorous. We don’t need animal products because we are herbivores. You can talk about “a long time ago” all you want but currently I doubt you are starving in the wild so you don’t have to kill an animal for food.
Animal products hardly provide any nutrition and they are the cause of the leading deaths in the United States because the meat has been contaminated with antibiotics, growth hormones and all types of chemicals put into it BECAUSE YOUR BODY WASN’T DESIGNED TO INGEST IT.
You should be ashamed of yourself because you have no right to take the life of someone else who wanted to live. There’s no such thing as a humane slaughtering. Therefore, any consumption of animal products is immoral.
With your logic, if I paid a hitman to kill a person painlessly just because it would be beneficial to me, does that make it right?
Are you going to throw the “animals lack intelligence” argument at me, because then that just means it should be legal to slaughter infants and toddlers because they don’t experience things the way adults do.
There is no justification for the killing of animals. It’s a learned habit. Racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, and homophobia have been around for a long time, does that justify them? No. So sit down, please before you make a fool out of yourself.
No. I have nothing against vegans, until they pull this shit^. Why can’t they just live and let live. Truth is, we are not carnivores OR herbivores. A carnivore cannot eat anything but meat bc it is physically unable. An herbivore cannot eat anything other than plant matter bc it is physically unable. We are physically omnivores bc we can do both. If anything, we, as a species have drawn AWAY from plant matter in our diet because of the presence of vestigial structures such as the appendix and wisdom teeth that have been associated with aiding in the consumption of coarse plant matter. I’m no fan of the mass slaughter of animals for the sole purpose of our consumption, but I think that’s guilt enough. I make sure my food is humanely slaughtered and that it’s free range bc that’s a personal choice of mine and it does make a difference to me. We’re not all ”immoral” because we eat meat, okay? Don’t go calling us “herbivores” either, cause that’s not what we are. It’s like religion, we are “natural” without any religion, but some of us still choose to believe hateful religions that harm other humans. We can hate the religion itself all we want, but guilt tripping and shaming a member of the religion when that follower doesn’t even partake in the hateful activities of his religion? No, that’s not fair. I admire vegans, but no. Stop thinking less of people who eat meat just because they aren’t “herbivores”.
